Yes. The mobile app keeps working when the network drops, teachers can view their lists and continue working, and everything syncs when the connection returns. The web dashboard needs a connection, but it is light enough for slow ones.

Use the get started section on the homepage or contact us on WhatsApp. We set up your school's own private space (your-school.myedifis.com), load your classes and students, and train your staff. Most schools are running within days.

Yes. Every school gets its OWN private database, your data is never mixed with another school's. Access is role-based (a teacher only sees their own classes), everything travels encrypted (HTTPS), and nightly backups protect against loss.

Parents install the free Android app, sign in with their phone number and a PIN from the school, and see their child's results, attendance, fees position and school notices, even children in different schools, from the same account.

Three ways: type them in the app, fill the school's Excel template and upload it, or simply photograph a handwritten mark sheet, myEDIFIS reads it and asks the teacher to confirm before anything is saved.

Yes, per-sequence columns, ranks, class statistics, council decisions and the formats Cameroonian schools actually use, both GCE grammar and (coming) other systems. Report cards print as clean PDFs.
